Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families while implementing therapeutic modalities suited to each client's unique needs.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation including biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge plans, all completed in a timely manner according to company guidelines.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized aftercare plans aimed at ensuring sustained success post-discharge.

• Engage regularly with family members, external clinicians, and referring organizations to provide seamless continuity of care and support for clients.

• Adhere strictly to confidentiality protocols and professional boundaries in all client interactions, upholding the integrity of therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in marriage and family therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
