Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell our premium personal lines insurance products to new and existing clients.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and deadlines.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
- Schedule follow-ups to keep clients informed about our latest offerings and solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Florida 4-40 or 2-20 insurance license (required).
- A natural ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
- Fluency in English – required.
- A confident, driven, and results-oriented personality.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
