Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing flexibility while maintaining a professional connection with clients and colleagues. You will engage with clients via phone and video conferencing, ensuring that high-quality care is consistently delivered. In addition to remote interactions, there will be opportunities for in-person meetings with clients and participation in team case conferences. The working hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, providing a structured yet adaptable schedule to balance work-life priorities.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments through structured interviews to evaluate clients' current psychological states, strengths, weaknesses, and immediate needs.

• Monitor client progress through regular check-ins and modify treatment plans as necessary to adapt to their evolving needs.
