Occupational Therapist - Per Diem

Role: Per Diem Occupational Therapist responsible for assessing and evaluating patients' functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor skills, and adaptive equipment needs. Key Duties Conduct patient assessments and document findings for CMS compliance. Collaborate with physicians to develop personalized therapy plans. Monitor and report patient responses and condition changes to the healthcare team. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and participation. Provide care in diverse home settings, ensuring equitable service regardless of patient background. Qualifications & Skills Current Occupational Therapy licensure in the practice state. Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, or reliable transportation. Preferred: CPR certification, ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and strong communication skills.
