Reporting directly to a dynamic CFO, you will have real influence over how the accounting function is built, standardized, and scaled — making this an exceptional platform for a hands-on Controller who wants ownership, scope, and the ability to shape a finance organization from the ground up. This is explicitly a manager-and-doer role — there is no dedicated accounting staff above the transactional level, so you will execute core accounting functions independently while also driving process improvement, managing external CPA relationships, and delivering weekly financial reporting with analytics to the CFO.
