Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and addressing guest inquiries with efficiency and courtesy. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Multilingual abilities and hotel management experience are highly valued to enhance guest relations and operational flow.

Duties Shift: 3:00PM 11:00PM Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth check-in process Manage reservations accurately using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences Handle guest requests, complaints, and inquiries professionally, demonstrating excellent customer service skills Maintain accurate records of guest information, billing details, and room assignments Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards Perform night audit procedures when scheduled, reconciling accounts and preparing reports for management Uphold phone etiquette standards while managing multiple communication channels efficiently Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and updating guest profiles Support overall hotel operations by fostering positive guest relations and promoting hospitality excellence

Experience Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality management preferred Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment Bilingual or multilingual skills highly desirable to accommodate diverse guests Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems Knowledge of night audit procedures and basic accounting practices within hospitality settings Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on guest relations and conflict resolution Experience working in resort or hotel environments is advantageous
