Junior Accountant

Junior Accountant Location: Pearl City Salary: $26/hr Schedule: Monday–Friday Benefits Competitive salary Paid Parking Health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plan Key Responsibilities Assist with daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and maintenance of accurate financial records. Support month-end and year-end closing processes by preparing account reconciliations, analyzing financial data, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Process invoices, review expense documentation, and verify transactions for accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve accounting discrepancies, maintain organized financial documentation, and provide support for audits and other financial projects. Qualifications Associate's degree in Accounting or a minimum of 2 years of A/R, or A/P experience Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Effective communication skills Ability to work independently with provided guidance Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite #J-18808-Ljbffr
