Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Current Speech-Language Pathologist license (or eligibility) required.
• Prior experience in schools, pediatric settings, or both strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of IEP processes, speech and language assessments, and targeted interventions for school-aged children.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities for working with students, families, and staff.
• Flexibility and adaptability to serve a diverse caseload and evolving school needs.

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations of students with suspected speech and language challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Deliver direct and consultative speech services in both individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, families, and administrators.
• Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to regular progress monitoring and IEP meetings.
• Participate in school professional development and stay updated on best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology.
