Patient Service Representative

*Job Duties*

* Answering a high volume of inbound calls (60-80 calls per day) from patients, vendors, insurance companies, and medical facilities
* Delivering exceptional customer service by warmly greeting callers, actively listening, assisting with inquiries, and closing each interaction professionally
* Scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling patient appointments via phone, SMS, and patient portal messages
* Screening and routing calls appropriately to ensure patients are directed to the right departments
* Accurately registering patients and managing appointment scheduling and follow-ups in the EMR system
* Taking clear, detailed messages and documenting them using internal communication templates
* Responding to patient needs by adjusting appointments according to clinic protocols
*Schedule & Work Environment*

* 100% onsite position
* Training schedule will align with trainer availability (historically 8:00/8:30 AM - 4:30/5:00 PM)
* After training, shift transitions to approximately 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
*Ideal candidate*

* You have 3+ years of experience in customer service, call center, or healthcare
* You enjoy a high volume work setting
* You are good at multi tasking
* You are bilingual in English and Vietnamese

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Diego, CA.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
