Systems Analyst

Job TitleLocation: Atlanta, GA Work Mode: HybridResponsibilitiesTranslate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.Create and execute test strategies, test cases, and validation plans.Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.Support Snowflake-based reporting and data analysis efforts.Ensure designs, requirements, and documentation remain aligned throughout delivery.Identify process improvements and proactively address gaps and risks.Develop and maintain training and operational documentation.Experience with EDI transactions is a must, especially if it is related to 837 Encounters.RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience with Snowflake (Data Warehousing & Reporting).Minimum 4 years of experience with SQL (Advanced Querying, Data Validation, Analysis).Minimum 5 years of experience in Systems/Business Analysis (Requirements Gathering & Documentation).Minimum 3 years of experience in Testing (Test Strategy, UAT, Validation, Test Case Creation).Minimum 3 years of experience with EDI Transactions (Mandatory – 837 Healthcare Encounters).Minimum 4 years of experience in Data Analysis & Reporting (Healthcare/Regulatory Reporting Preferred).
