Senior Case Manager - Homelessness Prevention

Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens seeks a Case Manager III to provide professional intervention to clients at risk of homelessness through assessment, crisis intervention, information and referral, and long-term case management. You will supervise bachelor-level interns, conduct intake and pre-screenings, assist with financial aid, and coordinate referrals.
