Responsibilities Develop and maintain business insurance customer relationships. Assess business insurance needs and recommend appropriate products. Prepare and present insurance proposals to business customers. Assist customers with policy renewals and claims. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in business insurance sales. Negotiation and presentation skills. Knowledge of commercial insurance products. Compensation $17.00 - $22.00 per hour State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees.
