Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Manage calendars, conference room scheduling, and office communications
• Assist attorneys and staff with administrative support
• Maintain client files and assist with document organization
• Handle incoming/outgoing mail and general office duties
• Support the team with additional projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Law firm or legal internship experience is a required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
