Key Responsibilities\n

Your role as an LCPC will include the following:

• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments of patients to identify personal needs and develop individualized treatment plans aimed at symptom resolution and improved functioning.

• Provide a range of psychotherapy modalities including individual, family, couple, and group therapy sessions tailored to specific client requirements.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and allied health professionals within our multidisciplinary team to create comprehensive treatment strategies and participate in program planning.

• Deliver crisis intervention services and conduct triage evaluations for patients undergoing acute mental health issues as part of a coordinated care approach.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and agency policies, maintaining high ethical standards throughout your practice.

As part of our practice, you will serve a varied patient demographic, from children and families to adults dealing with trauma, substance misuse, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related discipline.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 105,000 annually, complemented by a performance-based bonus structure. Newly hired counselors may also be eligible for a sign-in bonus, demonstrating our commitment to attracting top talent to serve our community.
