Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of students to identify emotional, behavioral, and academic needs.

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions focused on grief, adjustment issues, and coping strategies for students and their families.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including teachers, school counselors, and administrative staff, to support student success through personalized care plans.

• Coordinate care and connect families with community resources, ensuring a continuum of support post-discharge from counseling services.

• Engage in crisis intervention, providing immediate support during critical situations affecting students.

• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided, in compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.

• Participate in professional development activities and contribute to staff workshops that enhance the understanding of mental health within the school community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus will be on students aged K-12, addressing a range of psychosocial and emotional challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and familial issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
