Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your daily responsibilities will be diverse and impactful. These will include:

• Providing individual and couples therapy to clients across various age ranges, addressing their unique mental health needs through tailored treatment plans.

• Completing clinical documentation and progress notes for each session in a timely manner to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

• Maintaining an organized schedule, coordinating ongoing appointments with clients, and utilizing electronic calendars effectively.

• Collaborating regularly with team members to share knowledge, discuss cases, and explore new therapeutic approaches, enhancing collective expertise.

• Utilizing established billing services that manage client claims, insurance eligibility, and payment options, allowing you to prioritize therapy delivery over administrative tasks.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will be varied, ranging from adults requiring therapy for anxiety or depression to couples seeking guidance in relationship dynamics. Patients may present with a multitude of clinical issues, providing opportunities for you to apply an extensive therapeutic skill set and further develop your clinical competencies in a supportive environment.

Qualifications\n

Qualified candidates must possess the following:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a closely related field, culminating in an LCSW license allowing for independent practice in Illinois.

• Availability for full-time work, with a minimum of 20-25 hours of direct client interaction weekly, including at least two evenings per week.
