Clubhouse/Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the club (3 spaces, approximately 10 staff members), including overseeing staff, scheduling, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Utilize kitchen management skills to maintain food quality standards, control inventory, and minimize waste, including assisting with cooking and food preparation as needed. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and implement proper sanitation procedures. Provide shift management to ensure smooth operations during all hours of club operation. Requirements At least 10 years of experience. Strong background in hospitality, food industry, and culinary services. Exceptional customer service skills. Previous experience in the hospitality or food industry required; Hotel/Restaurant training is beneficial. Proficiency in kitchen management and menu planning.
