Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health, which includes understanding presenting issues, formulating clinical diagnoses, and crafting customized treatment plans.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions employing a variety of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring that the therapeutic approach aligns with client goals.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients facing acute mental health incidents, utilizing assessment techniques and intervention strategies to stabilize situations effectively.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, inclusive of treatment plans, progress notes, and evaluation results, adhering strictly to ethical and legal standards to protect client privacy.

• Engage in meaningful collaboration with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to create integrated treatment pathways that enhance client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Valid mental health licensure, including LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; however, a Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 85,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
