\n\n As a Medical Director at USACS, you'll lead emergency department operations in collaboration with hospital and nursing leadership while supporting physician staff and influencing company-wide decisions through our shared ownership model. This role requires prior experience and involves overseeing ED operations, supervising EM staff per institutional bylaws and policies, and representing the department within the hospital and community.
