You will be training on our products in order to answer customer questions as well.**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**(% of Time)Answering the queue phone and providing customers with requested information including pricing and ship dates. Input orders into the computer. (80%)Provide technical help when able. (20%)**DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**If you can do everything listed above, you’ve got what it takes. Perhaps some of the following would be helpful too:* High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.* Customer service experience a plus.* Computer Skills: Proficiency with Outlook, excel, MS Word, and similar computer programs.* Accountability & Dependability: Able to consistently demonstrate reliable, punctual attendance.* Mathematical Reasoning: Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers, fractions, percentages and decimal equivalents.* Reading Comprehension: Able to read and write simple correspondence and able to follow instructions.* Analysis / Reasoning: Able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.* Customer Focus: Ability to quickly and effectively solve customer problems.* Communication: Able to communicate one-on-one and in small group settings and in a team atmosphere.**TRAVEL REQUIRED**This job does not normally require travel, but it may come up for training purposes.**WORK STATUS & LOCATION**This full-time, non-exempt position is located in Columbus, OH.**RELOCATION**Relocation is not available for this position. **PAY**$19.38 - $29.09 / hour**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
