Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive client assessments to develop tailored treatment plans that encompass both individual and group therapy modalities.

• Facilitating regular therapy sessions, guiding clients in overcoming dependencies, and fostering meaningful behavioral changes.

• Establishing achievable treatment goals in collaboration with clients, adhering to ethical and legal protocols throughout the process.

• Maintaining meticulous progress notes and updating patient records, ensuring strict compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Collaborating closely with the clinical director in conducting chart audits and reviewing treatment documentation to uphold quality standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
