Maintains all employee records such as attendance records and files various personnel reports on hourly employees daily. Assists in organization of employee activities, distributes employee communication regarding benefits, programs, etc., copies and emails requested documents. Assists in answering phones. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of information. Performs administrative duties, such as maintaining employee databases (UKG). Maintaining proper records of employee attendance and leave to assist with payroll duties. Serving as a point of contact, providing smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries. Managing and coordinating schedules for Operations, including meetings and events. Ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws. Shift Requirements: Position is Full-time 11am-7pm paid lunch Overtime Requirements: Available as needed. Qualifications: Candidates should show an attention to detail, have good communication skills, have good keyboarding skills, and work effectively on a team. Confidentiality is a must.
