Nous recherchons un Chef d'Agence dynamique pour diriger notre équipe et gérer les opérations de notre agence. Le/la Chef d'Agence sera responsable de la mise en œuvre des stratégies commerciales, du suivi des performances de l'agence et de la supervision des membres de l'équipe. Vous devrez également entretenir des relations solides avec les clients et assurer une expérience client exceptionnelle. Votre leadership et votre expertise en gestion seront essentiels pour atteindre les objectifs fixés par l'entreprise. Responsibilities Superviser toutes les opérations de l'agence et diriger l'équipe pour garantir l'efficacité et la productivité Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies commerciales pour atteindre les objectifs financiers et opérationnels Gérer et entretenir les relations avec les clients, en veillant à ce qu'ils reçoivent un service de haute qualité Analyser les performances de l'agence et proposer des améliorations Former et soutenir les membres de l'équipe pour favoriser leur développement professionnel Établir des rapports sur les performances de l'agence pour la direction Participer à des réunions et représenter l'agence lors d'événements externes Gérer le budget de l'agence et optimiser les coûts Qualifications Expérience de leadership significative dans un rôle similaire, de préférence dans le secteur Connaissance des pratiques commerciales et de gestion Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles Aptitude à travailler sous pression et à gérer plusieurs priorités Capacité à analyser et interpréter des données pour prendre des décisions informées Diplôme en gestion, administration ou dans un domaine pertinent #J-18808-Ljbffr INTERFACE
