• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs and conditions utilizing standardized assessment tools and therapeutic conversations.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Spring Health, you will primarily serve a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Understanding the unique cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds of our clients is crucial for tailoring effective treatment strategies. • A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Current and valid state license to practice as a mental health counselor.
