In this full-time, remote role, you will provide essential mental health services to individuals, couples, children, and families. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments for new clients, creating tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs.

• Provide brief individual therapy sessions to clients enrolled in the Functional Recovery Program (FRP), continuously evaluating their clinical progress and adapting interventions as necessary.

• Utilize an integrated therapeutic approach when working with clients dealing with chronic pain or trauma, drawing from the latest best practices in the field of pain psychology.
\n
• Maintain a manageable caseload, ensuring that all patient documentation is kept accurate, confidential, and up-to-date to comply with privacy, health, and safety regulations.

• Establish strong rapport with clients, families, and team members to foster an atmosphere of trust and collaboration.
\n
• Demonstrate excellent clinical judgment when working with patients, ensuring that therapeutic decisions are informed by their specific circumstances and history.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with evolving mental health practices and methodologies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy.

• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist credential (LMFT).

• At least two years of experience providing mental health services, preferably in a health-related setting.

• Exceptional organizational skills to maintain easy-to-navigate patient records.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively counsel clients.
