Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health and substance use history to develop effective treatment plans.

• Provide individual psychotherapy tailored to each client, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) focused on substance abuse recovery.

• Maintain meticulous, accurate, and compliant clinical records as per state regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure cohesive care and support across all aspects of a patient's recovery.

• Guide and educate both patients and their families on mental health issues and available community resources for substance abuse recovery.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 60,000 to 130,000 annually, depending on full-time or part-time employment status. Full-time LCSWs can expect competitive salaries within the range of USD 115,000 to 130,000, while part-time roles will generally offer annual salaries between USD 60,000 and 70,000.
