Salary Range: $49,000 - $76,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with month-end closing procedures.
• Maintain organized financial records and assist with year-end audit preparation.
• Oversee general office administration, including supplies, equipment, and vendor relations.
• Handle human resources tasks such as onboarding, payroll support, and record maintenance.
• Provide administrative support to the leadership team and various departments.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and/or similar accounting software.
• Demonstrated experience managing office operations and administrative tasks.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for financial record-keeping.
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management software (e.g., Fishbowl, Katana).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP Business One, NetSuite).
• Proven ability to implement and optimize office procedures for efficiency.
• Experience with HRIS systems and basic HR support.
