Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct regular individual therapy sessions to support clients in navigating personal challenges, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to their unique needs.

• Engage in couples therapy, focusing on enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and building stronger partnerships among partners.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions aimed at improving family dynamics, understanding relational issues, and fostering healthier interactions.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s objectives and monitor progress throughout their therapeutic journey.

• Assess and diagnose mental health disorders using standardized assessment tools and clinical criteria, followed by creating actionable treatment strategies.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including primary care providers and other specialists, to deliver comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of clients' health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and family conflict. Our center caters to various age groups and backgrounds, allowing you to utilize your skills to foster resilience and positive change across a broad spectrum of mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts.

• A minimum of two years' experience providing clinical services in a mental health setting is strongly preferred.

• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Proficient in working independently while also fostering teamwork and collaboration within a multidisciplinary context.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with teletherapy practices and platforms, enhancing the delivery of services in a virtual environment.

• Familiarity with culturally responsive therapy and an understanding of the unique mental health challenges faced by marginalized communities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
