Accounts Payable Assistant / Accounting Assistant

We are looking for a Accounts Payable Assistant to join our accounting team. Support annual 1099 filing and year-end audits as needed Maintain accurate files per company policy and accounting standards Manage multi-line phone system; Provide general assistance with HR administrative tasks as needed, such as interview scheduling or onboarding Order office supplies and coordinates office equipment maintenance when needed Assist the accounting team and other departments with projects and duties as assigned High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required ~2-3 years in office administrator, accounting support or similar ~ Experience with accounts payable processes ~ Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, & PowerPoint) ~ Strong attention to detail with numbers and data ~ Able to communicate professionally in person, on the phone, and over email
