Job Overview
Responsibilities
- Prepare pizzas, burgers, sandwiches, grilled items, and other menu items according to recipes and standards
- Operate pizza ovens, grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment safely
- Prepare ingredients and maintain an organized, stocked workstation
- Follow food-safety and sanitation procedures
- Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining food quality
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and work areas
Skills
- Previous kitchen, pizza, or grill experience preferred
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to follow recipes and instructions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen supplies as needed
