Marketing Event Specialist

Assist in the development and execution of marketing materials including, advertisements, brochures, fact sheets, web content, press releases, promotional and e-mail campaigns, and managing packaging updates. Coordinate all aspects of tradeshow and event execution, including logistics, timelines, and materials Manage inventory, ordering, and distribution of booth materials, samples, and promotional items Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful event presence Assist with pre-show planning and post-show follow-up, including lead tracking and reporting Marketing Content & Communications: Assist in the development and execution of marketing materials including advertisements, brochures, sell sheets, fact sheets, and email campaigns Support content creation for social media, including writing posts, scheduling, engagement, and performance tracking Create and distribute distributor communications, including quarterly newsletters Digital Marketing & Analytics: Monitor and report on website and campaign performance using analytics tools Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing performance reports Support CRM activities including data entry, email campaign scheduling, and reporting Assist with lead generation efforts and survey follow-ups Cross-Functional Support: Assist in developing internal reports, summaries, and updates as needed for stakeholders Contribute to overall team efficiency by providing flexible support across marketing and events initiatives as needed Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with marketing, communications or journalism preferred Proven work experience within a marketing type role, minimum 1 year Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques Excellent communication skills both written and verbally Project management skills, close coordination with co-workers and outside vendors to meet deadlines.
