As an Insurance Sales Representative, you'll help individuals and families protect what matters most while building lasting client relationships and growing your income.
What You'll Do
* Build relationships with new and existing clients
* Generate new business through agency-provided leads, referrals, and outbound outreach
* Educate clients on Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products
* Identify coverage needs and recommend customized insurance solutions
* Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline
* Meet and exceed monthly sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service
What We're Looking For:
* Motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Sales or customer service experience preferred
* Positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow
* Property & Casualty License preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities- Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs.
