Insurance Sales Producer (P&C License Required)

Job Description

This is an in-office position. Licenses and Farmers or Allstate sales experience required. Our agency is located in downtown Plano in walking distance to restaurants and bars. We are looking for a confident and highly motivated individual that's interested in a great sales opportunity. Great earnings with future long term career advancement is available. As a Sales Producer in our agency you will take inbound calls to quote and sell a wide range of insurance products specializing in home, auto, and life insurance. Attitude is everything in our agency. It is a high energy fun environment working with other experienced motivated Sales Producers.

Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities

Take inbound calls and quote home, auto, and life insurance
Follow up with quoted prospects and close sales
Hit monthly production goals
Grow revenue through phone, email, and warm leads

Requirements

Famers or Allstate Insurance Sales Experience Required
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, coachable, and resilient attitude
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
General Lines Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
This is an excellent fit for someone with prior insurance sales experience at any level.
