This is an in-office position. Licenses and Farmers or Allstate sales experience required. Our agency is located in downtown Plano in walking distance to restaurants and bars. We are looking for a confident and highly motivated individual that's interested in a great sales opportunity. Great earnings with future long term career advancement is available. As a Sales Producer in our agency you will take inbound calls to quote and sell a wide range of insurance products specializing in home, auto, and life insurance. Attitude is everything in our agency. It is a high energy fun environment working with other experienced motivated Sales Producers.

Responsibilities- Take inbound calls and quote home, auto, and life insurance
- Follow up with quoted prospects and close sales
- Hit monthly production goals
- Grow revenue through phone, email, and warm leads
- Famers or Allstate Insurance Sales Experience Required
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, coachable, and resilient attitude
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- General Lines Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
- This is an excellent fit for someone with prior insurance sales experience at any level.
