Du stellst die Wnsche und Anforderungen unserer Kunden in den Mittelpunkt. Du begleitest Neukunden und deren User bei der Adaption unserer Logistiklsung, hilfst Ihnen dabei erfolgreich damit zu arbeiten und weitere Services von uns in Anspruch zu nehmen. Als erster Ansprechpartner fr die Kunden pflegst du im bex Customer Team die Kundenbeziehung und entwickelst Kunden zu Key Accounts und User zu Fans.
Stellenbeschreibung
- Etablierung, Ausbau und Pflege bestehender Kundenbeziehungen
- Vorstellung neuer Features und Services sowie Schulung von Usern
- Durchfhrung regelmiger Kundengesprche und Einholung von Feedback
- Ausarbeitung und Umsetzung kundenindividueller Logistikprojekte
- Mitwirkung an der Ausarbeitung und Umsetzung neuer Features und Services
Qualifikationen
- Erfahrung und Fhigkeiten im B2B-Vertrieb, idealerweise in einem Start-up, der Logistik oder der Baubranche
- Starke Fhigkeit zur Analyse von Kunden sowie ihrer Aktivitten und Ableitung konkreter Manahmen
- Strukturierter, selbststndiger und kommunikativer Teamplayer
- Deutsch flieend in Wort und Schrift, Englisch Grundkenntnisse
- Fhrerschein Klasse B, Reisebereitschaft deutschlandweit
