NetSuite Functional Consultant – Charlotte, North Carolina – Office-Based – $110,000 Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (Office-based) Salary: Up to $110,000 + Benefits Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Overview An established and growing organization is seeking an experienced NetSuite Functional Consultant to join their team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a successful end-user environment, taking ownership of ERP projects and helping to drive business transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will act as the NetSuite subject matter expert, working closely with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales to maximize the value of the ERP system. The Role As the NetSuite Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for gathering business requirements, improving processes, and delivering ERP enhancements across the organization. You will play a key role in ongoing optimization projects, user engagement, and future system development. This is a fully office-based position offering significant exposure to senior stakeholders and strategic ERP initiatives. Responsibilities Lead NetSuite enhancement and optimization projects Gather and document business requirements from key stakeholders Configure NetSuite workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and reports Support users across multiple departments and provide functional expertise Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation Collaborate with third-party vendors and implementation partners Support system testing, upgrades, and new functionality rollouts Create and maintain ERP documentation and training materials Deliver user training and encourage system adoption across the business Requirements Proven experience with NetSuite ERP Previous experience as a NetSuite Consultant, Business Analyst, or Functional Lead Strong understanding of finance, operations, inventory, and supply chain processes Experience gathering requirements and delivering ERP solutions Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast‑paced environment Benefits Competitive salary up to $110,000 Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with company contribution Paid Time Off and Holidays Career progression opportunities Professional development and training Stable and growing business #J-18808-Ljbffr Henley Morgan Limited
