What You'll Do

* Identify potential healthcare candidates using our exclusive platform along with your personal network

* Engage with prospective candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest

* Schedule appointments between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth screenings

* Follow up with candidates to sustain their interest and support their journey toward employment

* Maintain detailed and current records in our applicant tracking system

* Earn commission based on meetings set, interviews conducted, and hires made through your leads

What You Need to Succeed

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

* A self-motivated and proactive approach you shape your day and outcomes

* A passion for outreach and helping individuals take the next steps in their careers

How You'll Be Paid

This is a performance-based, commission-only role. This means no limit to your earning potential and endless opportunities for success.

You will earn money through tangible contributions:

* Commission for every qualified appointment you schedule
