Hinckley Yachts is seeking a highly organized, professional, and customer-focused Sales Administrator to support our regional Sales Directors in the marketing and sale of new and pre-owned Hinckley yachts. This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys interacting with high-net-worth clients, and can successfully balance administrative, sales support, marketing, and event planning responsibilities.

As Sales Directors often travel extensively, the Sales Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring seamless office operations and consistent client support. This is a full-time position that includes occasional evening and weekend responsibilities for boat shows, customer events, and industry functions.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and vendors
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Maintain office equipment, supplies, and inventory
• Order and organize marketing materials, literature, and stationery
• Coordinate shipping and receiving needs
• Manage and organize incoming communications and emails
• Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

Sales & Marketing Support

• Research and identify qualified sales prospects
• Conduct lead follow-up through phone, email, and direct mail campaigns
• Maintain accurate records and reporting within Salesforce CRM
• Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales activity reports
• Support Sales Directors with travel arrangements, expense reports, and client communications
• Coordinate regional marketing initiatives with the corporate marketing team
• Assist with website updates and email marketing campaigns
• Create and manage mailing lists using internal databases and external sources
• Support the marketing and promotion of brokerage and pre-owned vessel listings

Event Planning & Execution

• Coordinate client events, boat shows, and sales presentations
• Work with marinas, yacht clubs, vendors, and caterers to plan successful events
• Negotiate contracts and logistics for lodging, catering, and event services
• Prepare promotional materials and event collateral
• Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown
• Support sales efforts during events by greeting guests and qualifying prospects
• Maintain and organize photo libraries for marketing, advertising, and customer presentations

Process Improvement

• Contribute to the development and implementation of sales best practices, policies, and procedures
• Assist in maintaining and updating the Sales Handbook
