Lean or six sigma Experience and a CPM (Certified Purchasing Manager) is preferred. • Additionally Four (4) years of either Supplier Development, Supply Management, Supplier Quality or other area of expertise with direct supplier performance management in an industrial manufacturing environment. • Knowledge of the development and production processes • Knowledge of industrial management methods (kanban, MRP2, VMI, EDI…) • Educational level: min. Bac +5 (Master's Degree equivalent) • Mastery of Quality tools (AMDEC, 8D, Ishikawa, 5P, etc.) • Cross-functional management • Operational experience of over 5 years fully in contact with suppliers in a structure such as purchasing, supply chain, quality • Proficiency in written and spoken English • Project management • Lean-Sigma Greenbelt • Strong knowledge of Procurement systems, operations, methods, procedures and "Lean Supply Chain".
