YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

As our In-Home Sales Representative, you'll meet with homeowners who have already expressed interest in our services. Rather than spending time cold-calling, you'll focus on understanding customer needs, recommending appropriate solutions, answering questions, and building trust through exceptional service and product knowledge. Working closely with a supportive team, you'll guide homeowners through their buying journey, solve challenges as they arise, and help create positive experiences that lead to satisfied customers and rewarding sales success.

WHAT'S REQUIRED?

Valid driver's license 2+ years of sales experience Ability to work in heat conditions, climb ladders, and enter attics when applicable Excellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work effectively on a team Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Dependable self-starter with strong organizational skills Strong leadership skills Willingness to learn new ideas, methods, and perspectives Experience in HVAC, plumbing, roofing, windows, bathrooms, home improvement, or other in-home sales industries is preferred.
