Contracts AdministratorThe Contracts Administrator is responsible for the preparation, review, negotiation support, administration, and maintenance of contractual documents throughout the contract lifecycle. This role serves as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, vendors, clients, procurement teams, and legal departments to ensure contractual compliance, accuracy, and timely execution of agreements. The Contracts Administrator manages Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Purchase Orders (POs), contract modifications, and change requests while maintaining contract records and supporting procurement activities.Target hourly pay rate is: $50-55/HR.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
