About the Role

The Customer Marketing Partner will transform Chainlink's deep customer relationships into high-impact, market defining campaigns. This role sits at the intersection of strategic brand storytelling, product marketing and partner enablement - building co-marketing frameworks that amplify success stories on a global scale.

This position connects with customers and partners to identify and execute integration announcements, product launches, and co-marketing opportunities while ensuring complex technical concepts are communicated clearly and effectively. You can expect to elevate how Chainlink structures and translates Web3 and enterprise concepts into compelling narrative-driven campaigns.

Your Impact

• Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for a portfolio of strategic protocol & blockchain partners.

• Build trusted relationships with customers and partners that create opportunities for meaningful external engagement and advocacy.

• Translate Chainlink’s technology, products, ecosystem, and value proposition into clear and compelling customer-facing narratives.

• Represent Chainlink effectively in customer and partner engagements, including senior-level conversations and external-facing activities.

• Create alignment across customers and internal stakeholders to keep customer-facing initiatives progressing despite competing priorities and changing requirements.

Requirements

• Drive Strategic Customer Storytelling: Architect multi-channel marketing campaigns that turn technical milestones into high-visibility customer advocacy assets, case studies, and thought leadership.

• Elevate Co-Marketing Programs: Design and execute repeatable, high-impact co-marketing frameworks alongside key strategic partners and customer marketing leadership.

• Bridge Technical Value & Market Messaging: Translate Chainlink’s underlying infrastructure and complex product integrations into crisp, creative messaging that highlights business value and technical superiority.

• Measure & Scale Program Impact: Introduce structure, data-driven frameworks, and performance metrics to track how customer marketing directly contributes to brand perception, pipeline velocity, expansion, and retention.

• Champion Creative Execution: Introduce fresh, engaging formats, from interactive launch campaigns and video spotlights to joint event activations, moving beyond standard marketing announcements.

• Align Cross-Functional Strategy: Serve as the strategic bridge between Product Marketing, Sales/Account Management, comms, and external partners to drive alignment on shared Go-To-Market (GTM) goals.

Preferred Requirements

• Proven Marketing Experience: 4+ years of dedicated experience in customer marketing, product marketing, partner marketing, or strategic GTM roles within enterprise tech, SaaS, or Web3.

• Creative Narrative Development: Proven ability to turn complex technical architectures into compelling, audience-centric marketing campaigns and stories.

• End-to-End Campaign Delivery: Demonstrated success leading integrated marketing campaigns from concept and creative briefing through execution, promotion, and post-launch analysis.

• Executive & External Presence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders, enterprise clients, and technical leaders.

• Web3 & Tech Literacy: Strong baseline understanding of Web3, blockchain infrastructure, and Chainlink’s ecosystem, paired with the professional marketing acumen to communicate value to both crypto-native teams and traditional financial institutions.

• Project & Stakeholder Management: Rigorous organizational ability to manage complex launch calendars, cross-functional dependencies, and enterprise-grade sign-off processes.
