Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at GoHealth Counseling Services, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Performing comprehensive assessments to understand clients' needs and strengths, followed by the formulation and implementation of tailored treatment plans.

• Collaborating with fellow clinicians to ensure a cohesive treatment approach that includes discharge planning and aftercare resources.

• Participating actively in team meetings, case discussions, and training workshops to enhance learning and improve service delivery.

• Maintaining accurate client notes and documentation within our case management software, adhering to established confidentiality protocols.

• Utilizing technology effectively, including case note management and auto text/email patient reminder systems, to streamline client engagement.
