Asst Controller/Team Leader

Job Description
Candidate must be a hardworking energetic individual with the ability to work in a team oriented environment. Must be detail-oriented, accurate and able to handle a high volume of financial transactions while managing a group of people with different personalities, strengths and weaknesses. Must have a basic understanding of accounting concepts.
Essential Functions:
- Preparation of the Annual Budget
- Monthly Financial Statements
- Variance Account Analysis
- Cash Flows
- Special Requests
- Residential Condo Allocations
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word and Microsoft.
- Working knowledge of MRI accounting software is a plus.
- Experience in real estate/property management company preferred
- Co-op/Condo/Property Management Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
