Strategic Account Manager - Mississippi

We are looking for a dynamic Strategic Account Manager to join our regional team. This person will be responsible for driving ResMed brand prescriptions and managing strong relationships with our company's key clients.The ideal candidate for this role would be located within a reasonable distance of Central Mississippi . Relocation assistance is not available.Key deliverables include planning, positioning and strategic marketing of ResMed solutions with referral sources, including but not limited to physicians, sleep labs and other . In addition, building rapport with clients to drive adoption of ResMed brand as clinical preference.Let’s talk about Responsibilities:Drive durable ResMed brand prescriptions, identify referral opportunities, and increase patient funnel by leverage existing solutionsDevelop and maintain solid relationships and engagement with clients to drive ResMed branded prescriptions as direct clinical and operational preferenceAcquire a thorough understanding of client and patients’ needs to instill ResMed branded solutions from beginning to end of patient’s journey and to reduce fallout in the patient journeyShift client’s clinical preference from diagnosis basis to patient’s long-term successPlan and execute strategies with specialists to drive client adoption of ResMed branded solutionsCollaborate with support teams through sales process and long-term implementation of solution(s) using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.Professionally represent ResMed as the subject matter expert on the broad portfolio of products and solutions.Let’s talk about Key Skills:A data driven mindset to identify how to effectively increase customer funnelAbility to interpret key data/reports to clinically and constructively increasing sharesAnalyze client data to understand patient and provider relationship to offer ResMed brand solutionsThe ability to develop a strong business acumen, build trust and creditability with client and gain their adoption to ResMed solutions and products as primary preferenceStrong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and adjust strategy to meet their needsQualifications and Experience:Required5+ years of sales experience plus a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experiencePrior top ranked medical device, business to business (B2B) or business to consumer (B2C)Exceptional sales, negotiating and closing skillsExperience using Salesforce (SFDC) or similar customer relationship management (CRM) platform.Excellence in all forms of communication, effective communicator in upstream and cross channel collaborationMotivated, execution and results focus with accountability for continuous improvement.Team player with strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.Ability to travel throughout territory as necessary to achieve resultsWhy Resmed?Impact at Scale: Help shape solutions used by millions worldwide.Global Reach: Work across regions, teams, and technologies in a truly interconnected ecosystem.Career Growth: Thrive in a dynamic, inclusive environment where bold ideas are welcomed.Purpose-Driven Work: Join a company committed to improving lives—one breath, one night, one patient at a time.Join Us!At Resmed, we believe innovation starts with people.
