Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, you will take on a variety of essential responsibilities that directly impact the lives of your clients:

• Manage a manageable caseload by establishing rapport with each client, building positive working relationships while adhering to ethical guidelines.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to review their progress, discuss upcoming appointments, and evaluate whether discharge is appropriate when the time comes.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor individualized treatment plans based on each client’s specific needs and goals.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client progress notes and treatment outcomes in compliance with best practices.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to accurately identify clients’ needs and formulate initial treatment strategies.

This role focuses on providing mental health services primarily to youth populations. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
