Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing and nurturing rapport through consistent communication and engagement, ensuring adherence to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular client meetings to assess progress, address ongoing concerns, and coordinate treatment plans, including successful discharge planning when appropriate.

• Design, implement, and regularly monitor personalized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique needs and goals, fostering a collaborative therapeutic process.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and facilitating continuity of care.

• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate prospective clients, establishing a foundation for their treatment journey and aligning services with their specific needs.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, applying evidence-based practices tailored to the individual concerns and backgrounds of each client.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to reflect on clinical insights and enhance professional development continually.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, sharing insights and strategies to optimize client outcomes and treatment efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will encompass a diverse outpatient population including children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of mental health needs. You will work with clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological challenges, using a trauma-informed, client-centered approach to support their journeys towards improved mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.

• A current, unrestricted, and active LCPC license in Nevada is mandatory.

• Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in an outpatient clinical setting, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic practices.

• Familiarity with digital tools such as spreadsheet software, RMS systems, and email platforms to efficiently manage client records and communications.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications, within a fee-for-service compensation model. Key benefits include:
