Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain positive, trusting relationships with patients to create a safe space for open communication.

• Diagnose a variety of mental health disorders using evidence-based assessment techniques, inclusive of DSM-5 criteria.

• Create comprehensive, individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and circumstances of each patient.

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities to engage clients actively.

• Regularly meet with patients to provide ongoing evaluation, counseling, and necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

• Perform continuous assessments to track patient progress and adapt therapies accordingly.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers, referring clients to specialized resources when more intensive care is needed, enhancing the continuum of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Arbor Health, you will serve a diverse patient population, spanning all ages and backgrounds. You will work primarily with individuals and families dealing with mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, parenting concerns, and trauma. Your role will be instrumental in helping clients navigate their struggles, building resilience, and improving overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Nevada.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
