Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of remote work while being integrated into our outpatient office model, which emphasizes continuity of care and collaboration among mental health professionals. The typical work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing you to balance your professional commitments with personal obligations. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms, tailoring your approach to individual needs.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique goals and preferences while utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, explore treatment alternatives, and promote self-care practices to enhance overall well-being.

• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on individual feedback and clinical outcomes.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and medical specialists to deliver integrated care that addresses both psychological and physical health aspects.

In this role, you will primarily work with clients experiencing mood disorders, including depression, anxiety, and related challenges. Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
