As part of our outpatient office, you will primarily interact with clients via secure telehealth platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental and emotional health, utilizing a variety of evidence-based techniques.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans after evaluating clients' needs, strengths, and goals.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions for clients of all ages, including children, adolescents, adults, and couples, addressing a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and life transitions.

• Lead couples therapy sessions aimed at enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and fostering stronger relationships.
\n
• Regularly review and adapt treatment plans in accordance with clients’ progress and evolving needs.

• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with therapeutic documentation standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide holistic care tailored to each client.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of therapeutic processes to enhance continuity of care.

• Stay current with best practices within the field of marriage and family therapy, including ongoing professional development and training.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients during emergencies, ensuring their immediate safety and well-being.

• Promote self-care strategies and wellness activities, encouraging clients to prioritize their mental health and resilience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families, experiencing various mental health challenges. Our clientele consists of teens navigating adolescence, adults dealing with life stressors, and couples seeking to enhance their relationship dynamics. Your expertise will help empower clients to make informed decisions about their treatment paths, contributing to improved mental health outcomes for the community.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the State Board is required.
\n
• Proficient in effectively completing assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans in a timely manner.

• Demonstrable experience in delivering individual and/or couples therapy.

• Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to learn and navigate electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
