About the Role:

Within the Marketing Acquisition and Loyalty team and as a Marketing Crm & Loyalty Intern, you will be at the heart of our Customer Marketing, our weekly campaigns, and product launches.

Your role? To tell the right story, at the right place, at the right time. You will lead campaigns from start to finish, configure and follow up communications, stimulate engagement through creative actions, and use data to maximize impact. Whether it's testing new ideas or boosting client engagement, you will help grow our client base and retain them.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the orchestration of CRM campaigns for clients on Marketing Cloud: targeting, segmentation, personalization, schedules, marketing pressure.
• Develop and optimize automated customer journeys according to their lifecycle: onboarding, reactivation, loyalty.
• Design and develop various contents of multi-channel marketing actions: videos, testimonials, infographics, webinars, emails, social media posts, in-app Pendo messages.
• Create and oversee client-facing content: newsletters, welcome packs, web pages, case studies, product updates, webinars, success stories.
• Identify and lead upsell/cross-sell opportunities on different client segments
• Transform customer insights and usage data (NPS, CSAT, usage rate) into concrete marketing actions
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to define growth objectives by client segment.
• Analyze campaign performance and define KPIs of completed campaigns (post-mortem, test&learn) and implement corrective actions if necessary.
• Conduct competitive intelligence of market players.
• Participate in the animation of the monthly operational Client Life Plan committee.

Required Profile:

• Graduate of a Bac +3 (Business School or equivalent), ideally specialized in marketing, relationship marketing, or customer experience.
• Knowledge of a CRM tool (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Brevo, Hubspot, Salesforce, Mailshimp…)
• Strong proposition, autonomy, curiosity, analytical mindset, strong relationship skills to work cross-departmentally.
• You want to evolve in a B2B environment and enjoy cross-functional projects and have a keen interest in technology.
• Strong writing skills in French, synthesis, and presentation.
• Operational level of English.
